Bitquery Data License

1Grant

Bitquery grants you a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, store, process and analyse the delivered files (“Data”) for your internal business purposes, including within products and services you operate and in research you publish.

2Permitted use

• Loading the Data into your own warehouses, notebooks and applications.
• Deriving aggregates, models, signals, charts and reports from the Data and distributing those derived works.
• Sharing the Data with contractors acting on your behalf, provided they are bound by terms at least as protective as these.

3Restrictions

• You may not resell, sublicense, publish or otherwise redistribute the Data, or any substantial portion of it, in raw or lightly transformed form.
• You may not offer the Data, or a service substantially based on it, as a dataset, API or feed that competes with Bitquery.
• You may not remove manifests, checksums or lineage metadata for the purpose of misrepresenting provenance.

4Versioning

Bitquery will not overwrite delivered artifacts. Later schema changes apply to new deliveries only.

5Refunds

Because Data cannot be un-delivered, refunds are limited to orders where the delivered files (a) do not match the schema published on the dataset page at time of purchase, or (b) fail the sha256 checksums in the manifest, and the issue is reported within 14 days of delivery. Bitquery may, at its option, re-deliver corrected files instead of refunding.

6Warranty and liability

On-chain data is reconstructed from public blockchains and third-party sources. Bitquery warrants that the Data conforms to the published schema and manifest. Bitquery does not warrant fitness for any particular purpose, and liability is capped at the amount paid for the order.

7Attribution

Attribution to Bitquery in published research is appreciated but not required.
