What we collect
- At checkout: your email, optional company name and billing country. Card details are entered on Stripe and never reach our servers.
- On the site, only if you accept analytics cookies: page views, sample downloads and checkout starts, through Google Analytics and HubSpot, to understand which datasets are useful.
- On the contact and enterprise forms: what you type in them.
How we use it
- To fulfil and support your order, including invoices, receipts and download-instruction emails.
- To create or update a contact record in our CRM so we can follow up on your purchase and related products.
- To improve the catalog.
Retention and rights
Order records are retained for as long as needed for accounting and for re-issuing download links on request. You can request access to or deletion of your data by emailing privacy@bitquery.io.

Stripe (payments and tax), HubSpot (CRM, email, forms and site analytics), Cloudflare (hosting and object storage), and Google Analytics.
